Hua Hin is 3 hours away from Bangkok by bus. 

The street was in a good condition, not much traffic. A small get away town for Bangkok dwellers to escape on a weekend, the city offers quiet and relax ambiance with a decent beach to boot. 

A calm beach (below)  with powdery white sand is available for your enjoyment. Be careful of the jellyfish though!
